We restored Lavita with care, preserving the home's history, while adding a modern twist. The result is a space that feels authentic and inviting.
Why We Created Lavita
Lavita began with a feeling.
We wanted to create the kind of place we would love to spend time in. A place that feels beautiful without being intimidating, thoughtful without being complicated, and welcoming from the moment you walk through the door.
A place filled with character and little details to discover. Cozy rooms, quiet corners, pieces of art, and thoughtful touches that reveal themselves each time you visit. The kind of place that reveals something new each time you visit, yet somehow feels familiar from the very beginning.
A place where conversations last longer than planned, where familiar faces become friends and where a quick coffee turns into a well-spent afternoon. A place where good food, great drinks, and genuine hospitality come together to make you feel at home.
